Everyday Kanji - iTunes movie sync problem

There is a technical problem with the first two movies ( so far ) in the "Everyday Kanji" series. They play in iTunes, but will not sync to an iTouch unless they are converted.

I normally change the media kind from "Movies" to "Music Videos" so they can be added to a playlist, by genre.
( This makes organizing all my Jpod movies much easier, instead of having lots of them in one huge long list )
Converted videos cannot be added to a playlist.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem ?

Thank you for alerting us to this issue. We are going to go through and re-encode the existing Everyday Kanji videos so that they can be viewed on the iTouch/iPhone, and we will make sure that all future videos are compatible as well! After the re-encoding you will have the re-download the old videos again if you'd like to see them on your iTouch/iPhone. Sorry about the inconvenience!
