No big deal there, but providing some kind of context in addition to what you're confused with is often very helpful in determining the meaning, especially since most of us that post here aren't natives. Still, that image looks like めしや (meshiya) to me, which could mean either a diner or someone talking about food in kansai dialect. At any rate, it's hard to tell without some frame of reference.

No idea. Maybe someone better versed in manga could tell you, but all I can say is that にゃ is sometimes a contraction of には.
