Help! I can't read this writing.

Please forgive me for this is such a stupid question.

I can't figure out the writings on the pic. The first kana looks like "me" and the last is "ya" but what's the line in the middle.

No big deal there, but providing some kind of context in addition to what you're confused with is often very helpful in determining the meaning, especially since most of us that post here aren't natives. Still, that image looks like めしや (meshiya) to me, which could mean either a diner or someone talking about food in kansai dialect. At any rate, it's hard to tell without some frame of reference.

What does "ほんだのに" and "ロッパー　ロッパーで　しまいにゃ" mean?

No idea. Maybe someone better versed in manga could tell you, but all I can say is that にゃ is sometimes a contraction of には.

@psy: Ah, thank you for the reply. I think the writting is really for meshiya =)

About hondanoni, the full sentence is ほんだのに B がめっちゃ舟酔いしちゃってさ and they were talking about a boat trip
I understand the final part of the sentence, in which B got really seasick but I completely have no clue on "ほんだのに". I guessing, it's probably something along the line "on the way" but it's a complete guess.

And the next sentence after that is ロッパー　ロッパーで　しまいにゃ　気ィ失っちゃってさ
So I'm guessing ロッパー is something B said/yell out before he lost consciousness? But then again, I have no idea what "Roppaa" is and I wasn't sure about the "shimainya"
