Help! Can't login & not receiving necessary e-mails

Hello,

I signed up as a new member this past Sunday and got the "once time" special offer. My credit card was charged correctly, but I cannot log into the site at all. I never recieved the confirmation e-mail, although for some reason I am receiving the daily e-mails from (promoting the various lessons). I have been checking my spam folder and I added all the e-mail addresses incuding "" to my address book. I sent two e-mails to (one on Sunday, and one this morning), but I have not received any response. I also tried calling the 877 phone number on my credit card bill, and I left a message this morning, but I didn't get any call back today. My e-mail domain is SBCGLOBAL.NET (it was from the old Southwestern Bell, which was bought out by AT&T / Yahoo). I was able to use an alternate e-mail address to sign up to this forum (that's how I am able to post this message), but I still cannot log into the site with the username / e-mail address that I used to purchase the trial package. I am very frustrated, and I must say this is very strange. I have used many online services before and I never had this type of problem before.
I don't want to give my username here in the post, but please point me in the direction of some help!
