Save Video Vocab got file type save as HTML instead of M4V?

Hi All,

I'm looking for some assistance here coz i'm just so confused why some video vocab files cannot be saved?

I've just successfully downloaded the video vocab M4V file for Upper Intermediate Lesson S3 #9 - In Terms of Japanese Lessions, this One's Awesome.

However, when I tried to download the video vocab M4V file for Lower Intermediate Lesson S4 #8 - Journey to Japan the file format to be saved is changed to HTML with file name = login....

I really have no idea what is going on here...

p.s. I've subscribed as a Premium user and I should have privilege to download all these files.

Ithink it's better to send a message to contactus team to solve the problem.I'm a premium subscriber too and had the same problem 1 month ago when I decided to download the video episodes of the mini series .After my mail I could downoad the videos.

Hi there,

I've had these problem, too. But I found that it's working fine from the specific lessons page (the one where you find all comments). Only the index-page (where you find all lessons as overview) do not allways recognize your login correcly.

But why it's this weay I've no idea.
