Hi,

Which mp3 encoder does Japanesepod101 use?

It seems it produce mp3s with tiny stutters/glitches (where the audio is silent for say 1/4 second). In a 1minute audio there might be about 4 or 5 of these, and it does this in the same place when played back. Mp3s from other source playback fine.

I playing them on a ubuntu 9.04 but it also did on ubuntu 8.04.
