Alternative RSS Reader

What are some good RSS readers? I am mainly using it to read the PDFs in MyFeeds. Any plugins to Firefox or something of the sort that would be easy to use and support a "viewed" podcast episode while giving me the correct filenames and storing the files locally? :shock:

Lol I know that is a lot to ask for :)

PC. Currently I just use Itunes for the PDF downloads, since I have a Zune player. That software doesn't allow downloading of PDF files because it says the file format is something that the Zune can't handle. It really isn't a program designed to be used without a Zune, so I can see why they left that functionality out.
