New subscription problem!

A have about half of my 1 year subscription still to go...

With the "get one year free" offer, I thought i should take the advantage and sign up!

However, it does not carry on from when my first subscription finishes!

So now i have TWO premium subscriptions running at the same time!

I didnt want that! I wouldnt of done that at all if I knew, becuase i would lose out on a lot of money.

Can this be fixed please?
