I have extended my subscription, but it is not working

I just extended my subscription, but it is not working, I clicked on the PDF files, only to get directed to the subscription page. Please help. Thanks.

Can someone help me please, I am really having trouble assessing the paid feature, I can't download any of the PDFs, it keep directing me to the subscription page like I have never paid.

Sorry for the troubles. Your subscription should now have full access to PDFs / Feeds and any other premium material you subscribed to.

Please email our support if you have any issues.

I still cannot access the PDF, everytime I clicked on the PDF, it automatically log me out, making accessing PDF futile. I wrote you all an email. Please help me to solve this problem. thanks.
