Communicating with other people in Japanese

Hi, I wanted to know some good ways to find people in my age like young teens or "tweens" who I can talk to in japanese.I wanted to get a penpal so I looked online but it wasn't the kind where you write them letters.It's also hard to really know if the person is a kid like me or not.Oh and do you know of any like maybe summer camps for japanese learning or something, or anything?

That site looks interesting but I have no idea how to use it. I see people's ads and most of them say e-mail me but they don't leave their e-mail address. I sent them a enquiry but I don't have a clue where to check if they replied to me.
