WinWord 2007 default Ruby settings

Hello,


Does anyone know a way to change the default settings (like offset and size) for entering Ruby characters in Microsoft Word 2007 (Japanese edition).

Every time I enter Ruby, I get default of 5 points for size and 0 for offset. I would like to change the values once per document.

The other question would be, how to change the values in one step for the document that already contains Ruby characters.
