Just trying to post here to see if someone in subscriptions/billing can correct a billing error on my account. I've sent 2 emails but haven't received a reply yet.
I subscribed during the transition promotion (the one where the audio became part of basic subscription only). My mistake was changing my mind and deciding to change from a month by month to a three month subscription (at the promotional rate). However, the month subscription renewed at the regular rate. I'm a bit confused.
Any help would be appreciated.
