I'd change it, but I don't know enough kanji to figure out where to do it. It was enough to just get to where I could post form day to day. Sorry about that! ^^; I'll mess with it some more, but it might take awhile.

Hope this saves you some trouble of figuring out the kanjis.
From the diary page, click the following links one after the other after each page loads:
管理 →　設定　→　公開設定
That will get you to the page to set whether your diary is public or private.
To make it public, choose パブリック in the 閲覧許可 section.
Then click the [この内容に変更する] button at the very bottom.

It actually closed down yesterday. It was set to close last year in June because it couldn't support the site anymore, financially. =( Pretty sad at that 'cause it was such a great blog site! My favourite to use by far.
