iTunes stop downloading

iTunes stop downloading

This happened one week ago. I can see titles of new episodes, but none of them is downloadable. iTunes placed a small exclamation sign (!) next to all episodes. When I open the URL http://www.japanesepod101.com/feed.xml, none of MP3 links is valid.

Is it just me or everyone sees it? :(
