Pb downloading from China

Hi everyone, I'd like to know if anyone else is experiencing extremely slow downloads from China with a free account. (I can't let itunes on for days! (although i did try this weekend and it wasn't enough!)
I'd like to apply for a basic or premium subscription but I'd like to be sure I'll get the podcasts before I pay!

ベーシックやプレミアムの購読者になりたかったんですけど、そんなに遅いドンロードしかなかったら無理ですよね。
