ok, here's mine: when you want to tell a native speaker they're singing your favorite Japanese song all wrong, and try to correct them on it.

That's not just a Japanese thing, or even a girls thing, but yes, definately. (I hear people of both genders do something like that around here. )

My Spanish and Japanese are hopelessly intertwined. I haven't used Spanish regularly in a long time, but I'm forever using でも instead of pero and things like that. Although I do tend to veer away from using あの because of what it means in Spanish.
