Except for the honorifics (くださるー>くださいます, etc) you're pretty well set. Writing a full list of verb conjugations is the stuff textbooks are made of, seeing as a mastery of the verb conjugations is one of the milestones in learning Japanese.
For the stem-forms, you can follow the five dans of the kana table:
for the verb いく
あー>いか (ない)
いー>いき (ます)
うー>いく
えー>いけ (ません)
おー>いこう
