脳内革命 (nounaikakumei)

What does that mean? I can't seem to find any sort of translation anywhere...

I looked this up on Wikipedia, and apparently it's the name of a well-known book by a Dr. Shigeo Haruyama, containing medical proposition which states that that norepinephrine (noradrenaline) is a cause of illness and aging, and that a natural cure for illness and the aging process can be achieved by releasing endorphins through exercise, meditation, diet, and positive thinking...

... of course, there's no medical grounds to support it, but that isn't to say that taking it easy once in awhile is a bad thing. 8) I'd translate the title as "A Revolution in the Brain."

Hope that helps. If I'm inaccurate somewhere let me know.

So...it's basically some weird New Age Japanese thing. Haha, awesome. Thanks. :)
