Server slowdowns

When is the best time for people living in Japan to access this site? I'm always having to wait 5 min for the page to load. Are there certain times where all the people are accessing Jpod?

It's getting to be annoying not knowing when I can actually get to study the practice JLPT tests. I'm wanting to sign up for either level 3 or 2 for this December, and JPod has the best tests to practice.

Seems like I have issues using Firefox on the Mac side. I'm currently booted into Vista on my Mac and using Safari. I've not had any problems so far accessing the forums or the Learning Center. It's about 3pm Japan time, so I'm assuming there is less traffic right now too.

Update: using Firefox 3 and getting the snappy response like I used to. Has anything changed on the server side that would cause problems with browsers?
