Help!

Postby Earl » June 15th, 2008 12:35 am

Quick question

Im new to Japanese and was reviewing a Pdf on Japanese Counters (Newbie lesson 7) when i noticed the kana for Kononotsu (Nine) was ここのつ. I thought it should of been こののつ.

Perhaps im overlooking something here, im still new to hiragana, however i wasnt to sure if eithier the hiragana or the romaji could have been spelled wrong here.

Thanks

I'm pretty sure that the Japanese for nine is kokonotsu so ここのつ is correct (eg. see here)
