Best addition to Japanesepod101.com ever...

Postby Skylord » May 29th, 2008 9:19 pm

ok... I was browsing the net for some japanese resources when i stumbled uppon

http://www.nihongonobenkyou.com/

I don't know if anyone here have been into this site...
Anyways... they have what i would call the best program ever to teach you japanese writing.

To find it...
- Click on the ''japanese Learning Suite'' link
- Look for the ''Download'' button
- Install and have fun.

The program is 100% free.. it do not contain any harmfull malware... and it's chucked full of usefull features.. like dictonary's, flashcards, they have their own version of match (for example.. romaji/hiragana.. try it to see what i mean)
hmmm they have so much packed in there...

I say.. Grab it while you can.. this is a valuable addition to all of us who is learning japanese...

PS : I just remembered.. they allso have a fun program where you get a sentence or word (you choose) and have to translate it in your own words... (then you click the solution button and see if you nailed it )

Wow. I haven't checked it out (so I haven't voted).
But that poll is lookin' pretty grim, my friend.

Nice!

I'm not voting because none of the three choices applies.
This is a nice little program and it's a shame some think the efforts of the coder who has offered it for free should be mocked.

I'll say it looks like an interesting program, but seeing as I already know kana, am fairly proficient with kanji, and have plenty of dictionaries/vocabularly lists/flashcard software/grammar lists+guides, I don't have any real use for it. Thanks for the resource, though!

Ummm...I tried to download it but I can't pass the word test.

I have to enter the letters that have a cat in it and I keep getting it wrong!
It's ridiculous. :?

I downloaded directly, and will try soon.
I have memory issues and need all the reinforcement I can get!

I have found the program to be incredibly useful, especially for practicing memorization of hiragana and katakana.

Who's mocking? There are only 3 choices on the list, and if you find the program not to be useful, the only option is 'it's rubbish'. If anyone is doing the mocking, it's the topic creator.
