らしさ means "itself" or "its instinct"

In this case, でてる means "express" or "describe"

わ makes the sentense softer used by women.

It comes from the word 出る conjugated into 出ている with the colloquially dropped い, forming 出てる. So all said we've got an intransitive verb in an enduring state.

らしさ is actually the nominalised form of らしい; you can add さ to the stem of adjectives to produce a noun (doesn't work with all of them though). So, since 私らしい would mean 'me-like, like me', 私らしさ becomes 'the me-likeness, my likeness'.

Like Psy said, でてる is 出る in an enduring state, and since she is talking about a photograph, it means something like 'has come out, has appeared'. So, for 私らしさがすごくでてるわ we have 'my likeness has really come out'.
