I can't download the audio files for this lesson (don't have even listed) , is there any way in iTunes to download these files again. I'm really thinking about deleting all the feed - files includes - and download everything again. But I don't want to do this everytime I have a problem.

I don't know iTunes, but you could try using another podcast feeder as a backup to try to get stuff which your main feeder won't download. These problems occur sometimes.

I normally use Juice for JPod101, but it doesn't work with properly with the EPod101 feed, so I am now using Ziepod to download that.
