Translation help

I'm still a beginner and don't know much kanji, so I was hoping i could get some help on some translations.

These are from directions for a sewing pattern one is the size chart, and the other i think is what materials i need to buy.

Any help would be appreciated.

The first one's easy, so I'll do it for you, but there's a few too many words I don't know in the second, so I'll leave that to someone else.

サイズ (saizu) size
バスト (basuto) bust
ウエスト (uesuto) waist
ヒップ (hippu) hip
身長 (shinchou) height

I know the kanji so I could transcribe this, but frankly I can't make heads or tails out of a couple of the katakana words:

材料
黒のアーバンツイル（表布用）150cm　幅 1.5m
接着芯 90cm 幅 1.5m
白のバイアスステープ (上衿縁とり、右カフス用） 2cm幅を1.1m
白のバイアスステープ (右カフス用） 0.5cm 幅を 70cm
シルバーのボタン　直径2cmを ３個, 直径1.4cm を4個
白のブレード　（肩章用) 1.5cm 幅を50cm
白のロープ　太さ1cm と 0.6cm を 各40cm
接着ベルト芯 4cm 幅を80cm
フック式のバックル １組

Noteworthy kanji:

黒 = black
表布 = surface-cloth
用 = use
幅 = width
接着芯90cm 幅 1.5m
白 = white
上衿縁 = upper-collar-edge
直径 = diameter
個 = counter for small objects
肩章 = shoulder strap
太さ = thickness
各 = each
芯 = ... lining?
フック式 = hook style
