Can't upgrade! DNS or HTTPS problems - server down?

Postby matchettc » February 18th, 2008 7:32 pm

I just read the annoying but very tempting email from you that begins "There's something that has me confused" and I'm trying to upgrade but I cannot proceed past the subscription type selection page (the Order button).

In Firefox I get
The connection to www.japanesepod101.com was interrupted while the page was loading.

And in MSIE 7 I get
This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

Internet connectivity has been lost.
The website is temporarily unavailable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.

I get the same result if I use the standard subscribe link instead of the one in my email. I only have a limited time to make use of the email offer so please take a look for me. I expect this will work anyway by the time this has been posted!
