What does っぽく mean in the phrase 皮肉っぽく.

If you have a premium subscription, you might want to try the grammar bank in there, which is very useful, very well cross-referenced, and easy to navigate.
If you can't access it, I'd suggest 2 books : "A dictionary of basic japanese grammar" and "A dictionary of intermediate japanese grammar", both by Seiichi Makino and Michio Tsutsui, published by the Japan Times. The titles are a bit of a misnomer, as "basic" means "well into intermediate" and "intermediate" measn "fairly advanced". I haven't checked properly but on the whole the first book has grammar well into JLPT 2 and the second covers JLPT 2 and 1.
You can search by either japanese and english meaning. Mine never leave my desk...
