To give a run-down via kanji, since those were all given the definition "meditate":
瞑想する (dark-thinking)
meisou-suru
黙想する (silent-thinking)
mokusou-suru
熟考する (intense-thinking)
jukkou-suru
思い巡らす (to think around)
omoimegurasu
深く考える (to consider deeply)
fukaku kangaeru
