I think it would be very helpful to everyone if there was an area where subscribers to Jpod101.com and Epod101.com could go to exchange languages in a chat area. I am sure that students of both websites could contribute to helping by providing conversation partners so that students can practice speaking / writing (ie active language learning) in their target language with instant feedback as to any problems, etc. they have grammatically.
