iPod notes section of the iLearning Center

I've recently upgraded to the premium service and wish to use the iPod notes. How exactly do we get everything over to the iPod? From what I can tell I have to drag two files over to the iPod. Will I have to do this for every lesson? How many lessons can the iPod hold at a time?
