Better than Shakespeare Takahashi? I don't know. He scared me a little. Those jokes about poor Mel being all skinny. The swimming with the sharks. That deep and gravelly voice. ちょっとこわい o.O

Are they in prison though? I read that they were, but when I listened to the podcast I don't think they ever mentioned prison. It sounded more like a hospital.

I would really like to see a return of some of those characters, too. Mel and the 学長 have been cooling their heels in the Big House for more than 18 months now. Time for their triumphal return.

...but no Satoko unless Chigusa comes back (I swear that girl has a voice like honey).

I mentioned this in the favourite lessons thread. Glad to see I'm not the only one who wondered what happened. I register my vote for the return of the Gakuchou. There hasn't been any courtroom drama in any of the lessons so far, and with a storyline like this I'm sure it'd be just like reading John Grisham.
