In the US, Dish Network has NHK available as a subscription channel, but at $25 (¥2800) per month, I decided I can't afford that price (of course, the Korean and Chinese channels are free). But, I found that all the news programs on that channel are not blocked. So I DVR the morning news and watch it in the evening while I excercise.
All this leads to my question...
What are the hosts names on the morning news Monday-Friday?? There is a man and woman that read the main news, a guy that reports sports, and then another woman that does, what appears to me to be, the "local" Tokyo news.
I'm very new to Japanese so I only can pick out a few words here and there, but I enjoy watching the program and trying to figure out what the stories are about.
