Searchable Memberlist

Hi!
It would greatly facilitate communication among Japanesepod101.com listeners if you could have a searchable memberlist. I know this is probably a low priority, but, if you ever get around to it, it would be most appreciated. Thanks!

By "searchable" I mean this:
I would be able to type a person's name and their info would appear. As it is now, you have to go through ALL the pages to find someone. It takes wayyyy too much time!

there might be a way to do this but it's not a full-blown solution to searching for a particular member...

in the "Search" screen, you can search for "Author" and it will spit out threads and posts by the member that you've searched.

this would work only if the member you're searching for has posted something before. if the member has 0 posts, i think it wouldn't work.
