ローマ字 is correct
it's ローマ (Rome) and 字 (letters) = the Latin alphabet, romanization.

i'm not sure of the specifics, so whichever word is correct, proceed from there！ローマ字

It's the final hiragana/katakana sound, regardless if it is しゃ,しゅ,しょ, etc.

Yup! The marks can be ignored, as long as you are using the same hiragana character to start the next word. So if a word ends in ぶ, the next word can start with ふ、ぶ、 or ぷ。　It's just a less strict version of the game.
