Different font for Japanese

Either the size or the type of font is a little difficult to read. Is there something that could be done?

The font seems to be the standard one used everywhere; in books, on the Web, on TV, etc. The size is pretty exaggerated too, it's even bigger than text used in children's books. The novels I flicked through in the bookshop had text about half the size of the PDF's, so you should probably get used to it while you can.
