I 've been trying to figure this out on my own but I've had no luck.

How do you say "I cannot eat shrimp, eel, crab and octopus because of alergies."?
Or simply, "I cannot eat _____."

arerugi nan desu
e.g. Ebi arerugii nan desu. Kore ni ebi wa haitte imasu ka?
I have shrimp allergy. Does this contain shrimp?

If you just want to say I cannot eat....
