Problem with recording my voice tool

Postby Tourne » August 21st, 2007 5:37 pm

Hi,
When I open the Audio Transcript tool, I get an error "Audio I/O from Java not supported on this system" with the tool to record and replay my voice. Full error is shown below. I'm using an older Mac Mini with OS X. Any ideas?

Please report error to webmaster.

ok, in that case it is possible that you skipped a java update... do you always accept the updates offered by apple? the problem is defintely java related: maybe try to get an answer on one of the many apple forums around.
