Well the registration period begins in the US in 2 days, and in Japan it's already open! How's everyone doing? Have any of you in Japan registered yet? Anyone going to be in NYC? I can't believe it's 4 months away!

Postby AcidSky » August 29th, 2007 9:18 am

Hi,
well, going for 3kyuu this year in tokyo. Anyone interested in meeting up, studying together or just exchanging experiences/opinions? If so, then drop me a line.

Well, in the end I got sidetracked last year with other study. But this year is going to be a Japanese year. I seem to have a year on and a year off of Jgo study.

Kichi, thanks for showing how to set up a hardcore study plan. I will try a few of your ways. Incidentally, 'kichi' is which meaning in Jgo - witty, known, dangerous or lucky?

How was everyone's results for 2007, did you nail the test, or just scrape by?

Oh, and has anyone found a useful textbook to approach the 2-kyu?

:D
