Help with a sentence

Postby warlord3130_513341 » February 12th, 2017 8:50 pm

I'm translating a LN and I'm stuck on a particular sentence.

空を見上げると、視界一面スカイプルーが広がる。

I translated it as: "Looking up at the sky, the sky roux spreads all over the field of vision."

Is this accurate? Is sky roux some sort of cloud stream?

Are you sure it's スカイプルー and not スカイブルー?

Ah you're right, I had to zoom in in order to notice that.

So it actually translates to: "Looking up at the sky, the blue sky spreads all across the field of vision."

The translation still seems iffy, but I know how to improvise. Thank you.
