Is there a easy way to say other or there are many?
If I want to say for example:

The other day I saw a dog
That is another good idea
I want to do other things
The other is more beautiful
The other house is small
This is like many other cars

I think 他（ほか） is the word you're after.

Apart from "other day", which you'd probably use 先日（せんじつ） for, I think 他（ほか） can be used for all those sentences, usually as ほかの。。。

The other house is small:

ほかの家は小さいです。

Other words for "the other day" are この間（あいだ） or この前（まえ）. I'm not a native speaker so there might be mistakes, but here are my impressions of those sentences you wanted translated:

この間犬を見かけた
あいだ／いぬ／み
