To say 'I think' you use 'to omou', or 'to omoimasu' after a sentence in the regular form. The 'to' part acts as sort of quotation marks, and 'omou' means 'think'. For example:
ashita ame ga furu to omou = I think it'll rain tomorrow.
kare wa baka da to omou = I think he's an idiot
sen en kakaru to omoimasu = I think it costs 1000 yen
Notice how in all these cases I used the plain form verb - furu, da, and kakaru. If you didn't know 'da' is the plain form of 'desu'. Then with 'omou' you can choose whether to put it in the formal form or not.
This time I want to know how I would express "I think that I am in love (with someone)" or "I think that he is crazy." Well I think you get the point and I am sure there are different ways of saying this but give me the most common way or the easiest.
