Hi, can someone please explain to me this sequence of verbs: させていただいております

He's talking about his company's services, so I'm a little confused about why he's using this structure.

I am humbly being allowed to... or in other words, "this is what we are doing" ?

Like Elfunko said, this is a VERY humble way of saying "this is what we're doing." It breaks down like this:

させて = te-form of させる, "to make/allow to do"

いただいて = te-form of いただく. Humble form of もらう, "to recieve"

おります = polite form of おる, humble form of いる, "to exist (animate)"

This combination of させる and いただく is a very common and already quite humble way of expressing "to do something." Using おる instead of いる to form the progressive of いただく makes the phrase even more humble than normal. This would actually probably be too polite in any situation other than business or like meeting the emporer or some other incredibly formal setting. You might could call this 超敬語 or "super keigo".
