I cant seem to figure out what this sentence means!
Could somebody help me pleas?

I'm no expert, but I think vaguely it may be talking about "A tear of rain..." and how a person was alone in the rain but they continued through it?

I'm not really answering your question, just having a go so when someone that does know the answer can tell you the answer, and tell me whether I was on the right track.

I'll be perfectly frank and start off telling you that I have no idea what the actual definition of "namida ga yaru" is, but using context and the fact that "nioi ga suru" means "to smell." "oto ga suru" means "to sound," etc. I'm going to fathom a guess and say "namida ga yaru" has something to do with tearing up emotionally. Thus:

moshi namida ga yattekitemo, kitto heiki watashi dake no kimi ga iru

moshi (if)
namida ga yaru (to tear up)
namida ga yatte kuru (to come to tears)
namida ga yatte kitemo (even if {I} come to tears)

kitto (certainly)
heiki (fine-- cool and composed)

watashi dake (only I)
watashi dake no (only my)
kimi ga iru (you [endearing] are here)

So we put it together and get:
"even if [things got so hard that] it brought me to tears, It's okay, you, my one-and-only, are here.

It makes sense in-context anyway, and since this is obviously a song it can't be that far off-- songs always seem to go like this.

On reflection, I agree with that translation. I think きっとへいき may translate to mean something a bit more descriptive than just "Its okay", maybe to "Be strong and composed"... but I think that would just come down to how you want to interpret it as an individual.
