I'd say something like this, but I can't guarantee it's 100% natural, since I'm not Japanese.
日本女性にいい印象を与えて結婚するため、日本語を勉強するなんてダメじゃないか。
Nihon-josei ni ii inshou o ataeru tame, nihongo o benkyou suru nante dame ja nai ka.
Studying Japanese to impress and marry a Japanese girl isn't going to work.
だれかに印象を与える means to give an impression on someone.
なんて is like a nominaliser that emphasises your negative opinion of what precedes it.
