Letโ€™s look at the main dialogue.
Two people are having a conversation.

Shichi-ji ni aimasu. Watashi wa Roppongi made hashirimasu. Ishikawa-san mo, hashirimasu ka.
Iโ€™m meeting them at 7 oโ€™clock. Iโ€™ll run to Roppongi. Will you run too, Ishikawa?

In this dialogue, this character
Is discussing how to get to Roppongi. He says he will run, and asks this character if he will too.
This character says he is too tired, and he will go BY TRAIN. He does this by saying ใงใ‚“ใ—ใ‚ƒใงใ„ใใพใ™ใ‚ˆ๏ฝก (DENSHA DE ikimasuyo.) By using the particle "ใง" after the name of the vehicle, they are saying that vehicle will be the means of transport.
