Do you know how to write ョ (chiisai yo) in Japanese katakana?
ョ (chiisai yo)
It's a miniature version of ヨ. Begin with a horizontal line turning into a vertical, and add two more horizontal lines, one at the center and one at the bottom. It is always combined with the characters with consonants and the vowel イ. For example, キ (ki) plus ョ (chiisai yo) becomes キョ (kyo).
