As part of my subscription, I was offered the "Ultimate Getting Started With Japanese Package." I downloaded it, but it seems to be corrupted. Whenever I try to unpack it, I get an "Unexpected end of archive" error message. How can I re-download it?

I was trying to order it for FREE where I only had to pay 10$ for shipping, but the same thing happened to me, when I clicked the ''Continue'' button, it just refreshed the page :sad:

I'd like to be able to pay for it using PayPal.

I'd love to order this, "ultimate" package but whenever I use the link to do so it just brings me back to the same page (no spaces or procedures to begin the process of ordering it). I'll be away from my computer tomorrow and there is a November 30th deadline for the offer. I may miss out on what looks like a good DVD set and you guys may be out $30.00.

I'll try a few more times to reach some page that actually lets me order the thing, otherwise, I'll hope I can pull off the process before the deadline.

Did anyone who ordered this receive the special gift from Japan that is mentioned on the offer page? I received the 2 DVD set today, but there wasn't anything else with it. I was curious as to what it is.

I order "my getting started learning Japanese package" for $30 :cool: and you also offer Gengo Japanese the first three lessons for $47 and I had to say no thanks because I was interested in the whole Gengo package. I hope you guys can make and offer or sale on the Gengo package just like you did now with this getting started Japanese package and I will order it ok!
