Risa: Hi everyone, welcome to Japanese holiday words. Today’s theme is...七五三 (shichi-go-san). Let’s go!
七五三 (shichi-go-san) “Celebration for 7, 5 and 3 years old.” 
七五三にお宮参りをする (shichi-go-san ni omiyamairi o suru) [Visiting a shine for 753 festival]
七五三参り (shichi-go-san mairi) “visiting a shrine for 753 festival”
七五三参り (shichi-go-san mairi)
家族で七五三参りをする (kazoku de shichi-go-san mairi o suru) [The family visit a shine for 753 festival]
千歳飴 (chitoseame) “Chitose-ame”
千歳飴をもらう (chitoseame o morau) [receive the Chitose candy]
おいしい!(oishii!)
特別な長い飴ですね、七五三にもらえる。(Tokubetsuna nagai ame desu ne, shichigosan ni moraeru.)
千歳飴は親が子供に長生きをして欲しいという意味を込めて、の飴です。(Chitose-ame wa oya ga kodomo ni nagaiki o shite hoshī to iu imi o komete, no ame desu.)
着物 (kimono) “kimono”
着物を七五三に着る (kimono o shichi-go-san ni kiru) [Wear kimono on 753 festival]
