| Today, we are going to learn N2 Kanji. Let’s go! |

| This kanji means “wrap, envelope, pack up, cover”. |
| The on-reading for this kanji is ホウ (hō) like in 包帯 (hōtai), meaning “bandage”. |
| And the kun-reading is つつ (tsutsu) like in 包む (tsutsumu), meaning “to wrap”. |
| 人形を包む。(Ningyō o tsutsumu.) |
| This kanji means “equal, counter for animals, roll of cloth, fellow”. |
| The on-reading for this kanji is ヒツ (hitsu) like in 匹敵する (hitteki suru), meaning “to bear comparison, rank with”. |
| And the kun-reading for this kanji is ひき (hiki) like in 一匹おおかみ (ippiki ōkami), meaning “lone wolf, loner”. |
| 一匹、二匹。(Ippiki, ni-hiki.) |
| お昼行きましょう。(O-hiru ikimashō.) |

| The on-reading for this kanji is ソツ (sotsu) like in 卒業する (sotsugyō suru), meaning “to graduate”. |
| 白い光の中に 山並みは萌えて (Shiroi hikari no naka ni yamanami wa moete) |
| 遥かな空の果てまでも 君は飛び立つ (Haruka na sora no hate made mo kimi wa tobitatsu) |
