HideMina-san, Welcome to our first Japanese body language video! Have you ever seen this gesture before?
Piyushさん
それは素晴らしいですね! (Sore wa subarashii desu ne! "That's wonderful!") It's always interesting to see how different cultures can have similar gestures. If you have any more observations or questions, feel free to share. We're here to help!
ありがとうございます!

That was fun. It's the same gesture as we do in India.

Hiroko-san, konnicha! Hajimemashite! Daledesu. Jyusshun wa Firipin desu. Is my grammar okay? hehe Just wanna make sure if I got it right. Anyway, man, at first I thought it would be thank you because I noticed that after eating a meal, people do that same gesture and say gochisousamadeshita hehe. But thanks for this lesson. It's really great.
jon san,
konnichiwa.
Hiroko sensei wanted to tell learners that women tend to use polite words.
However, men can also use those expressions to anyone.
Being polite is better than being rude.
However, if you have very close Japanese friends, you can use ‘tanomu’ which is the same as ‘onegai.’

to Hiroko,
hope you are well,
I have a question concerning this lesson. you said it was used by women.
I am a male trying to learn this. so my question is what would a male do, to say sorry or please?
Thank you for your help in this matter
