| 五月のさわやかな気持ちのいい日が続いていますね。日本では四月が学校や会社のスタートの月ですから、新しい学校や会社に入った人はそろそろ新しい環境になれるころでしょうか。そんな五月によく聞く言葉に「五月病」というものがあります。病という字がつきますが、病気というわけではありません。五月のころになると、何事にもやる気が無くなったり、新しい環境についていけなくて元気の無くなる人が増えます。それがまるで病気のようなので、「五月病」と言われているのです。五月病にならないためにはストレスをためないことが大切です！ 私は五月病にはかかっていません。でも、雨の日になると何事にもやる気が無くなります。雨が嫌いです。雨病でしょうか・・・。 みなさんは五月病にかかっていませんか？ ストレスはどのように解消しますか？ それでは、また来週！ |
