What does 「それって」 mean?

This sentence comes from a Japanese blog that I follow:-

それってとーっってもステキ！！

I'm OK with 「とーっってもステキ」 but I'm stuck on 「それって」. I think it's a contraction of 「それいって」 but even if it is, I don't know whether it's 「それ言って」 or 「それ行って」 although I think 「言って」 is more likely.

I think the sentence says something like "That's to-o-o-otally awesome!!" but I don't understand how it works.

って here is basically doing the same thing as the topic marker は would, but more emphatically.

The long form of it would be それというのは, but the full version doesn't fit the playful/energetic mood of the sentence.
